“An Old-Fashioned Fourth of July,” the annual Hyde Park parade tradition in which “everybody marches, nobody watches,” is this Thursday, July 4, Independence Day. The parade marchers gather at 10:30 a.m. at the Hyde Park Bank Building, 1525 E. 53rd St., and end in Nichols Park, where there will be entertainment for all.
