Hyde Park native Zachary Alspaugh died on Monday, Oct. 2, 2017.
Alspaugh grew up in Hyde Park from the age of two when his family moved to the neighborhood. He attended Akiba-Schechter Jewish Day School, Ray Elementary School and Kenwood Academy High School. Alspaugh went to JCC summer camp and spent summers working at the Museum of Science and Industry with is twin brother Jake during their high school years.
Grandson of the late Frederick Alice Marcson and David and Edith Alspaugh. Alspaugh is survived by his son, Frankie, parents Lauren and Michael Alspaugh, twin brother Jake, sister Penny, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins that loved him very much.
A private celebration of Alspaugh’s life has already taken place among family and friends.
