Caregivers learn basic signs through the use of familiar children’s music, stories, and games. To maximize children’s learning only a few new signs are presented each week. Signs are in American Sign Language.

The Hatha yoga class poses are sequenced to build coordination and breath awareness. Stories and music lead the poses and animal poses incorporate sounds to match. Adults and caregivers always participate alongside the children.
