The University of Chicago Police listed the following incidents as having occurred between October 29 to November 4

On Monday, Oct. 29, a UCPD officer arrested a suspect at Target, 1346 E. 53rd St., for taking merchandise without paying.

On Tuesday, Oct. 30, a UCPD officer arrested a suspect who took headphones from display from 1451 E. 53rd St., the location of T-Mobile, and fled.

On Wednesday, Oct. 31, at 3:04 p.m., police received a report of cash having been taken from the office of Starbucks, 5700 S. Maryland Ave.

On Friday, Nov. 2, at 1:25 p.m., a suspect snatched a cell phone from the hands of a person walking at 1455 E. 56th St. The Chicago Police are investigating.

On Sunday, Nov. 4, at 2:30, someone took a wallet from a jacket hanging over the back of a chair at 1164 E. 55th St., the location of Saucy Porka. There was subsequent unauthorized use of a credit card.
